Damaged or Faulty Orders
If your journal arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please get in touch within 7 working days of receiving your order. Send us an email at hello@talktoeve.co.nz with the following:

Your order number

A brief explanation of the issue

Clear photos showing the problem (including the packaging, if it was damaged in transit)
We'll work with our printing partner to sort it swiftly, this may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. Our goal is always your satisfaction.
What Counts as a Fault?
A fault refers to manufacturing issues, such as printing errors or damage during shipping. Slight variations in colour or small print inconsistencies are part of the normal digital print process and may not qualify as defects.
What Happens Next?
Once we’ve reviewed your email, we’ll keep you updated as we resolve the issue. In some cases, we may request the product be returned to us for review. If so, we’ll cover the return postage if your claim is approved.
Change of Mind
Each journal is printed to order, just for you, so we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind.
